Backstory is, I have a lovely Ukrainian family staying with me, and their friend hand embroiders on a miniature scale. I asked them, could she do The Starry Night by Van Gogh? I didn’t think it would be possible, such a detailed work, with the swirling stars. And on such a small scale. Just 7cm wide, and wearable as a brooch.
And here it is, just stunning. To order this, you have to “choose a frame”. Of course there is no frame on a brooch! But the site is set up so you have to choose one.

It takes her two days to complete one of these, no machinery used. All hand work. So, yes, the price of €35 is ridiculously low. But She is happy with that, and I want you to buy it.
I want to ask her to do others also, but this is the first, and it is exquisite.
